Drawing on both my personal experience and advanced training, I support clients in discovering their own clarity and peace through life’s challenges. At nine years old I began experiencing what I could only describe as “scary thoughts.” Through therapy, I gained a deeper understanding of how anxiety and intrusive thoughts operate, and that clarity transformed my fear into self-understanding and compassion.

With Anxiety, OCD & Panic: My journey with anxiety, panic, and OCD began in childhood, and I understand how isolating, terrifying and overwhelming these experiences can be. Through my own therapy, I found a path toward a fuller life—one where anxiety is no longer the most important thing in the room. As a clinician, I’ve supported clients with anxiety and OCD and led workshops to help teens, parents, and educators foster greater awareness and compassion.
With Perinatal: The transition into parenthood can be uncertain, which can cause fear and mistrust to take over. This can pull you away from the enjoyment, connection and satisfaction you desire in this new stage. Both personally and professionally, I have compassionately guided parents into their new identity with confidence, connection, and hope.
